We want to take a moment to thank you for your business over the years. I hope that the products and support we’ve provided to the embedded community has proven to be valuable to you and your engineering team.
Over the years, we have been flexible when it comes to providing support to users who are no longer current with a support subscription. As of April 1st, users who call for support will be required to check in with their Account Manager who will verify your support status. Those who are current and eligible for support will get the help they need as usual. Those who are not current can elect to purchase a 1-year subscription to our “Priority Access Program” for $395. Users may also purchase a “Single Incident” subscription for $100.00. The fact is, many organizations we do business with are downsizing their Engineering staff, and this in turn is generating more support inquiries than ever before. We feel that this new policy will insure that our paying customers are getting the help they need.
